There’s the one who gave birth to you, and then there are all the other women who helped raise you up…so I ask, is it possible to have many mothers?

Ladies, I figure I would keep this short and sweet this week. Since, my Fella is taking me out for ice-cream today. I’m smiling while I type this right now. Nonetheless, I would be remised if I don’t say something to bring attention to the question I asked earlier.

Is it possible to have many mothers?

I would say, “Yes”. You may call her mother, mommy, nana, mama, grandmother, grandma, step-mother, extra parental, Ms._______, auntie, god-mother. And even sister or friend.

All these different women are a blessing. They are laced with wisdom, gifts & talents that make up their very soul. Each one whether they have children or not understand that you have a journey and need contributors that will help push you to who you are to be.

Please recognize those women on today, as she my not know that you appreciate the value she so freely gives to you. No more and no less.

Happy Mother’s Day to the woman who made me a better mother. I Love & Thank you, Mother!
