Hey Girl,  it seems that our new norm has us in some aspects questioning life and what are some truths that we have to hold on to.  As usual, I’m here to help.  See, because of our need to impact and be productive when things SHIFT it gets a little uncomfortable.  This discomfort is what really causes us to question things in life.  Questioning things is okay.  Yup, you should ask questions of yourself and sometimes of others.  By asking powerful questions it will certainly help you navigate your SHIFT.  Now, don’t think that others whom you question will feel that same way.  Remember they aren’t on the same journey you are, nor are they going in the same direction.  Everyone’s SHIFT looks different, yet it is still a SHIFT nonetheless.

What to do with what you know about universal truths?

Remember simple habits inspire mindful transformation, so don’t overthink anything.  Your truth is yours and only you can change that truth, but there are some truths that are universal.  A truth that crosses races, gender, age, religion, etc. these truths don’t even have an expiration date.  Oh, yeah.  I guess I should explain that statement.  Let us look at something that I noticed over time.  A universal truth is timeless and will continue to hold steadfast even in the midst of bad trends because they are built on the 4 areas that make up a human being such as emotions, spiritual, behavioral, and mental.  These universal truths embody all of these areas.

Can we change these truths about life that are questioned?

A universal truth is just a constant fact and therefore if you want to change a fact you will need to think differently.  By thinking differently it will allow you to feel differently, when you feel differently you behave differently or change that truth.  You can change anything you choose it all starts with how you think. So girlfriend, yes, you can change any truth with the most powerful weapon you have your mind.

A Few Universal Truths About Life

  • You create the kind of life you want to live tomorrow by the way you think today.
  • Genetic impact is inevitable but healthy habits can reduce the severity.
  • It is unfortunate when one fights to win the heart of someone who has already rejected them because they believe they can change them.
  • We can destroy anything with criticism, defensiveness, disrespect, or withdrawing emotionally.
  • Falling into addiction is a mistake that can guarantee that a person will have a hard life.
  • You just can’t make everyone in life happy.
  • Time is more valuable than money so you need to prioritize how you spend it.
  • Consistency is like water it helps things grow.
  • If you continue to support someone who has a negative mindset, you will wake up one day with the same negative mindset.  Negativity is just as contagious as positivity.

Although, our new norm has us in some aspects questioning life and what are some truths that we have to hold on to.  We understand and know that we can be reassured that change any truth can be done by focusing on how we think. Our thoughts control our feelings and our feelings control our behavior. This is exactly how we change these truths.
