Do you know someone capable of being honest? Do you know someone capable of having compassion for mistakes? Do you know someone who stays loyal to you? If not, Allenia Renee is the perfect Big Sister for you; she calls you out on your mistakes while displaying compassion and love without tearing you down. These traits are hard to find.

Allenia Renee, the visionary, mother, wife, and Sister girl, took control of her life and transformed it into her vision and what makes her happy. Allenia Renee values her family, freedom, and time which is why she wanted to be in business for herself. Allenia Renee had no idea that becoming a writer and a podcast host was meant for her. Seizing every opportunity that “felt right,” she pursued and gave everything a try, which led Allenia to this point in her new career journey of becoming a future published author.

Allenia Renee began her career on a free blogging website; then she bought a domain, Allenia Renee, and started a YouTube channel S.H.I.F.T with Allenia Renee. Entering this business blind not knowing how to edit, work lighting equipment, or how to put a website together, Allenia had to learn everything the hard way with trial and error. These steppingstones have helped her prepare for this moment down to creating a book club and a podcast which she was unsure about, but “I am supposed to be doing this,” she said.

Ultimately, this is Allenia Renee’s first book which she never saw coming; having the title of Published Author is one she never envisioned for herself. When asked, “What does this book mean to You?” Allenia Renee took a deep breath and replied, “I 100% am being

authentically me.” When it comes to how she feels about women taking her advice she is, “in awe” that a community of women finds what she says impactful, and she is the humblest.

Allenia, author of “A CONVERSATION WITH YOUR Big Sister: The SLOW NO Strategy,” has always wanted to write a book but never took steps to begin the process; her middle sister was constantly “pushing and pushing,” encouraging her to write a book. Allenia had to gain courage and have no fear to make her dream a reality. It was every single day the middle sister said, “you need to write,” and Allenia felt that “no one wants to hear what I have to say,” It took strength and courage for Allenia to put this into the world. Although Allenia’s middle sister is not her biological sister, they have a great relationship where they can have comfortable serious conversations. Of equal importance, the inspiration behind the title is that Allenia refers to everyone as a sister, allowing clients to feel at ease and have no trouble being honest with her.

While reading this tribute, you will come to see that saying, “No” to others is not a walk in the park. Allenia Renee wants readers to gain is that by saying, “No,” you are setting boundaries for your life and paying attention to what makes you happy. Most importantly, you must be consistent with saying “No” and how you feel, which allows you to be happy about your response.

Question For Readers

  1. I need hot black tea, chocolate chip cookies, and music playing in the background to stay focused.
